Our most Valuable asset is our ability to continue to earn income. Without that income we cannot afford the home, the car etc?.

It's hard to imagine being unable to work for 90 days to 24 months due to a lengthy illness or prolonged injury, for most people it would be devastating to say the least. Most families live month to month depending on their regular income to keep things running smoothly. • 80% of U.S. workers will exhaust their savings in only two month without the ability to earn an income
• A 25 year old has a 50% chance of being disabled for a least 90 days before reaching age 65

• At age 45 a person still has a 40% chance of suffering such a disability
